                    Thanks for your reply, About the pre-requisites I thought one needs to be Amritdhari Sikh ( thnx for clarifying)... I did came across retreat website  few days ago but so sad we only have that once a year, sure I want go there so bad... And your blog.... yes at so many instances I could relate myself to in a way or another and amazed by how sensitively each feeling has been noticed and worked on....
